While living in Los Angeles, Laura pursued a fitness related career that incorporated her talents in physical fitness training, sports apparel and product design. She returned to school to pursue her passions for drawing, painting, and sculpture. After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Otis College of Art and Design, Laura taught fine art classes and produced ceramic vessels in her Venice Beach studio.

A desire to further develop her understanding of human anatomy led her to New York City to attend the New York Academy of Art. Laura who now resides in LaPorte, Indiana has exhibited her work in Los Angeles, New York City, and recently received a grant from the Indiana Arts Commission.
